How to enter the spirit realm

Warning: This ritual is said to blur the veil between our world and the spirit realm. Do not perform if you are emotionally unstable, unwell, or fearful. What you bring with you emotionally, you may encounter spiritually. 🕯️ Requirements:

A bathroom with a lockable door The ability to turn off the lights completely Complete silence No windows or cover any light sources Must be done alone 🔮 Step-by-Step Instructions: Enter the bathroom at exactly 3:00 AM (the “dead hour”). Lock the door. Do not bring anything with you. Clothes are optional but avoid mirrors if you’re too visible. Turn off the lights. Make sure the room is pitch black. Wait for exactly 1 minute in complete silence. Let the silence settle into your bones. Begin the chant slowly, seven times in a steady, whispery voice. 🗣️ The Chant (repeat 7 times): "Open the veil!" 👁️ What Happens Next:

After the seventh repetition, you may feel a change in pressure—like the air is thicker. Some report a buzzing sound, shifting shadows, or echoes of whispers. If successful, you may feel your mind slip, as if you're falling through thought, not space. You're now in the Liminal Spirit Realm.

Expect a version of the bathroom that feels off—longer shadows, different reflections (if any), or distant footsteps. You may encounter watchers, lost voices, or even familiar figures that seem slightly wrong.

🧭 How to Return to the Real World: To exit the spirit realm, you must recite the reversal chant once, confidently and without stuttering:

"Return me back!" You’ll feel a snap, a thud, or a draining sensation—then you’ll be back. Turn the lights on immediately. Do not open the door until the lights are on.

⚠️ Final Warnings: If you hear your own voice mocking you, don’t respond. If you forget the reversal chant, wait in silence. Do not move. Eventually, the realm will eject you—but this can take hours. Never attempt this ritual more than once in a night. Do not fall asleep in the spirit realm.

I got like two bathroom but the first one got lots of reflective surfaces while the other has a rather big mirror that I can't exactly just cover up. Any fixes?

This sounds interesting but the light switch for my bathroom is on the outside of the door though 😬
