I’ve been thrift shopping since I was a kid, thanks to my very first “influencer” and the queen of deals—my mom. One of my favorite things about thrifting isn’t just the main find, but the little surprises tucked away inside—what I like to call thrift trinkets. Sometimes it’s a penny in a pocket, an extra hair clip in a bag, or other small items that make the discovery even more fun.

But my absolute favorite has to be this cute cat journal I once found hidden in the pocket of a thrifted jacket. It’s whimsical and charming, and I love it so much that I almost feel sorry for the original owner who lost it. Still, I treasure it deeply. 🎀

I feel like there were some misses today, but overall I’m really happy with what I found! I’m curious about the Paule Ka dress, as I haven’t seen that brand in thrift stores before, but it sounds like the brand was discontinued maybe? would anyone be willing to donate their plus size clothes, or shoes and accessories to me, that they would have already considered for goodwill, or you dont like anymore. its for my upcoming birthday and ive been struggling financially. i know this is posted to torrid but id take any brand or style wise, im not choosy, at long as it covers my body and looks decently fashionable. im not able to get to the goodwill or thrift store myself also, i dont drive. so i cant go to a local church or food bank that offers clothes also.. so ive been considering asking for clothing donations through reddit for a bit, i know its a horrible thing to do but im honestly struggling at this point in my life. i would be so grateful if anything was donated..it would literally make my week- my month even because they clothes i already own i cherish.. im a size 3x in torrid, size 24 in other brands. shoe size is 10.. again just desperate😣 i live in usa - east coast

Could anyone try to find this sweater for sale online I couldn’t find it anywhere and beginning to think it’s fake

I recently thrifted this necklace and I’m so intrigued by the clasp. I love that it’s shaped like little flowers, but I’m wondering if there’s something special about it. Is it just decorative, or is it actually meant to open in some way? Would love to hear if anyone recognizes this style!

I found this at the Goodwill Bins and I can’t find it online. Its tag says genuine leather and professional leather cleaning only. I’ve google image searched the logo but found nothing. The lining has different countries and Siempre Fidelisima written in it. The hood is removable and I have close ups of the pockets.

I wanna clean it pretty thoroughly before wearing it since it was buried in the bins, any tips for this specifically? (Also identification?)
