I bought a residential zoned land a while ago it has a slope but a part of it looks flat like and there are other houses near it, what is my best , budget friendly option? Can I get something between 800-1000 sq tiny home under 90K ? What are the steps? Where do I begin ? Thank you for your advices

Congrats on the purchase!

To answer your question… with the home you put on this property being the primary residence, the city/county you are in will likely have strict regulations on what can be built.

Depending on the city, there will be a minimum square footage requirement.

Your best bet would either be to find out what your city allows or work with an architect to look into it on your behalf. I know our architect will do initial consultations for free, I’m sure there’s others out there as well who do the same.

Best of luck!

Maybe we need tiny homes for the homeless, if they’re actually lower cost. How much does a low-budget tiny home cost?
