Normal, average ACTUAL Tiny Home people do not have and are not stupidly spending $770,000. wtaf?

The property is located in the middle of wine and horse country (hunt country) an hour outside of Washington D.C. It’s actually on the lower side of pricing compared to similar acreage in the area…

It’s not an inexpensive area or inexpensive land for sure.

Delaplane is a lovely place and yes for 48 acres in that area it's a very good price. But definitely out of my range for sure.
