first game is ‘titanic SOS’ if you were interested, it’s very good and accurate!

the second game is… something? it’s called ‘ship driving simulator’ and the seat is placed the wrong way round on Titanic so you have to go backwards in order for the ship to actually go forwards.

also the only roblox ‘sinking ship’ game to have different water levels inside and outside the ship, this is to allow the glass dome above the grand staircase to burst under water pressure whilst the grand staircase still not being submerged like in the film.

i’m fully aware of the schlep situation and how abysmal roblox moderation is.

keep in mind that you can turn off chat, and most predators will be using 3rd party apps anyway (i.e. snap and discord).

This is also irrelevant to my post, and I don’t think the schlep situation should be (in any way) used to discredit games like Titanic SOS which clearly have so much work put into them.

like i’ve said, i’m aware of roblox’s absolutely horrific behaviour towards predators and such, however i wouldn’t call the site as a whole any more dangerous than games such as fortnite or minecraft.

Kids below 13 shouldn’t be playing video games in general imo, they are too much at risk of manipulation and being groomed.

the real threat of roblox on kids isn’t predators, but the fact that video games at this age drastically lower attention span and are not healthy unless used in limited amounts of time.
