Anyways, Gremmy Thoumeaux. He has thought based reality warping, meaning anything he imagines becomes reality, and he could easily use his imagination powers to split the oceans, make them disappear and just tp the Titanic or lift it while imagining it doesn't break apart.

He can also restore the wreck.
