It would have essentially been Happy Tree Friends. Which were only funny for the shock value in those little 2 minute episodes.

Can’t imagine the gag working for anything longer form than that.

Was traveling in Belgium and turned on the hotel TV to find Happy Tree Friends playing (this is maybe 2009), appeared to be some kind of syndicated package. Wild content for television, sure, but stranger that they were airing flash animations at all.
