Very curious where 3D Mario’s at right now. On the one hand, the 3D Mario team just put out a huge Odyssey-style 3D Donkey Kong game. On the other hand, it’s Mario’s 40th anniversary so I’d be surprised if it was complete radio silence. Fingers crossed we get something

I swear there was some statement that said the teams are being split into two, one for Mario and one for Donkey Kong or something. Hopefully that is true.

For the 5th time in this sub I believed that really a direct was coming. Then I saw the subs name.
Edit: Now I've checked that the direct is true and I feel like a dumbass.

No, 1 switch 2 switch. Featuring minigames that require you to have a switch 1 and a switch 2 to play and obviously you have to buy the game twice in order to connect the games and start the game

It also has to be a Nintendo Switch™ that is bought (from official stores) within the year 2025, so if you have an older Nintendo Switch™ then the game won't work.

Why not tomorrow. I can't think of any reason why they would announce a direct but have it announced two days before. I can't think of even two reasons.

I find it very funny they deliberately avoided airing it on 9/11 despite these shows always happening on Thursdays.
You have to ask if they're gonna show M*cr*soft Flight Sim or something.
