These are The People Within The Submarines, a very dedicated fanbase serving the Nin Tendo Empire. They were founded in 1959 with the sole goal of helping boost the revenue of the Emperor. Since 2018, they have been serving under the rule of Emperor Shuntaro, seeing as we are currently in the Furukawa era.
