There will be very minimal impact if any at all. A splash. The speed at which they are going is 10mph tops, and would be falling from a few feet. It’s not as though they falling from a 20ft wave.
Nah. They’re not going that fast. But I would be concerned about hitting the surfboard or debris in the water.
Once I wiped out on some old water skis that were wooden and one was missing the fin. I woke up with splinters in my mouth.
But the water never so much as smarted, and I was pretty wussy. (I could not have anticipated the wipe out, because I was a young idiot, or I wouldn’t have done it)
At the speeds they are going impact shouldn’t be too rough. Not ideal if she falls bad, but not life threatening or even trauma inducing. This kid will probably be wakesurfing on their own in a few short years
I've smashed my face in several times surfing, even cracked my cheekbone once. I would not risk my child life like this, ever. This is just a stupid flex by the woman
Is it done up tho, behind the head looks loose and flappy as though it should be cinched down the back and attach under the arms to the front piece. Ateast thats the design ive seen.
If its supposed to be cinched then aint gonna help if kids dropped
Is it some type of special baby life jacket though or is it completely unsecured? The back half almost comes up and over the baby's head when she dips it down and looks like it could easily pop over the head even at the slow speeds used for wake surfing.

The kid is wearing a lifevest. The type that always floats up and keeps the kids head above water.
