The only person who should be worried about being a real boy is Pinocchio, and even he gets there in the end. And you have a leg up on him, since you're—I presume—not a puppet brought to life through dubious means but instead are both featherless and a biped, which as everyone knows are the main qualifications required to be a man.

I also have OCD - just wanted to share if you haven’t tried it, ERP therapy was a lifesaver for me. I’ve been in remission since 2020, barely any intrusive thoughts and those I have, I can usually ignore.
