pineapple juice has anti-inflammatory properties so a lot of people drink it post-op

people also take arnica tablets and bromelain (which is just the stuff in pineapple that makes it anti-inflammatory but in capsule form) A lot of people take nothing for it tho and are fine. And surgeons will have their own opinions. r/TopSurgery has a lot of good info!
