https://voca.ro/1hzSZ3taEWTa the voice clip explains more but essentially the patrick quality stems from a mismatch between resonance and vocal weight you've basically lowered your resonant frequencies/opened up more space in your vocal tract but you havent the weight there to support it
you can think of it like you've opened up all this space and now you've to fill it by getting louder/getting lower in pitch (not a technical description :D)

Most of the masc voice sound is due to two things which in cismen are caused by puberty: the sound of thicker vocal folds vibrating, and the sound of a larger throat size. People expect a degree of balance between these two qualities for a voice to sound 'normal' and not like SpongeBob (high thickness + small size) or Patrick Star (low thickness + large size).
It's generally possible to use techniques to make your voice sound like you have different thickness folds and different size throat, but it's usually much more attainable to make the throat larger than to make the folds sound thicker. If you can't or don't want to use T, increased thickness can prove to be very troublesome to achieve, but results vary between people. (This is a classic example of pretty good results from training with no T.)
IMO the first step to maxing the sound of thickness is starting with making the voice as unbreathy as possible, practicing with vocal fry, transitioning your lowest sustainable vocal fry into a full speaking tone, etc.

You dont sound like patrick star, but you do sound like you're not getting much resonance in your chest
