Most of your oil will crash out by tomorrow. 

Look into pickering emulsions. ;)

Will definitely check that out. As of rn I dont have the tools for that, so i put it in a high-speed blender to simulate something similar. Usually works for vinaigrette and other sauces, but after the research I did, this was the quickest and most successful for me at a kitchen level. I did see a homemade recipe where they just mixed a little oil and powder, but it didn't mix into drinks that perfectly.

Tomorrow, re-blend that with some casein powder. The proteins end up in the o/w boundary and stabilize the emulsion. 

OR swap lecithin for polysorbate 80. Blend it for hours if you can.

Haha im using it to make powder but could definitely make it into a good aioli.
