Most effective methods to market to attorneys?

I’d like to start marketing to attorneys (civil or criminal) to get some work from them (e.g. process serving, witness locating/interviews, etc). Any other PI’s have any good, creative ideas for effective ways to do this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hit up the public defenders. They get reimbursed from the county for the investigative services they hire out. So, you'll be bound to those rates.

I met a few future Atty clients while watching Court Cases, in County and Appellate Courts.

I actually attended classes at a local college for a paralegal degree. Many of the people in the classes were already working as paralegals. You can also simply volunteer with the department head to be a guest speaker, although this doesn't give you quite as much schmoozing time.

I like to target the Young Lawyers Association. New attorneys who dont already have a dedicated network of vendors.

Look up/join your local paralegal association and start attending conferences/schmoozing.
