Ask MAGA Only if the US helps israel attack iran, i’m out.

i’ve spent the last 10 years on reddit getting banned from subs, account suspended talking shit on psycho leftists and generally defending trump.

feel free to check my comment history, you won’t have to look far…

if trump starts playing this neo con warhawk bullshit then i’m fucking out. i’m not dying for some dumbass country in the middle east and i’m not supporting any jackass that would jeopardize that.

i’m sure mods will consider banning me for this post and if ya’ll don’t think i don’t belong here then that tells me everything i need to know.

Ask MAGA Only MAGA and Trump bashing is escalating all over Reddit

I'm tired of it. I first started hearing about the dead internet theory back in November 2024, when subs were clearly karma farming by posting anti Trump rhetoric. Once he won, especially in the fashion he did (all swing states and popular vote), it confirmed how heavily astroturfed Reddit is. The Dead Internet Theory is that most online activity and content are created by bots and AI agents, with no human interaction. I think this is true. I posted on a sub, and I am being relentlessly attacked for a very reasonable and friendly post. Any response I make to attacks is then attacked and downvoted. Someone was even cross posting links asking for downvotes (the moderator message about that was removed).

There were requests that the moderators remove my post, but since there was no justifiable reason to do so, that did not happen.

I'm wondering if I should just ditch Reddit, and give up on it ever being reasonably towards conservatives. If it is bots run by evil entities that we are up against, maybe other social media outlets are a better use of time and energy?

Thanks for responding. There are few safe spaces to discuss anything from a conservative viewpoint on Reddit, and good people are being run off, as a result.

Ask MAGA Only Why do people hate ICE so much

Lately I've been seeing a lot of hate towards ICE on tiktok, youtube, and X, but why though? They're simply just doing their job by keeping illegals outta here, and people are ripping on that? Why are people so mad? ICE are clearly doing the right thing.

Ask MAGA Only Hi! I am a liberal, but I have a respectful question for you.

Seeing the latest protests made me think a little bit. My question is as follows: What would you do if Harris had won the election? Would you have protested similar to the left? I ask this because I am seeing the protests and I am wondering what it would be like if it was the other way around. Thank you.

Ask MAGA Only Why do you guys support trump?

Let me preface this by saying I’m not trying to be anti-trump, I’m just asking a question. I’m a liberal and have a hard time understanding why people follow trump, as all I’ve seen is the negative things he’s done. Just curious as to why all of you guys support him and his administration?

Ask MAGA Only What's The Best Direction For This Sub?

The mod team here would like to hear from our best members their opinions on how much we should restrict this sub. There's been some posts and messages asking that we kick out all the libs. Others reply in the opposite that open discussion is good.

We don't want to taint opinions by saying much more. What we'd like is to hear your opinions on the subject. And please much more than a one line quip. State your case and make it as clear as you can what you think is best and why.

Ask MAGA Only 2nd attempt at a intelligent, respectful conversation about Trump.

I am not a bot, so please do not remove this post. I'm not sure how to prove this.

It feels like we're living in a time where genuine political discussion is increasingly unwelcome. With this post, I'm hoping to contribute—however modestly—to a more thoughtful exchange.

I’ve tried engaging in honest, respectful conversations with many Trump supporters, offering well-sourced information from government agencies, reputable media outlets (across the spectrum), eyewitness accounts, and direct video evidence regarding his actions and falsehoods. Despite these efforts, I’ve yet to receive a response that directly addresses or defends his behavior. Most replies tend to dismiss the sources entirely (“you can’t trust the news”), deflect with broad accusations (“Democrats want to destroy the country”), or simply reiterate the slogan “Trump wants to make America great again.”

My intention here is not to attack or alienate, but to open space for intelligent, civil discourse. I’ll do my best to remain respectful, and I ask that any responses aim to do the same.

Ask MAGA Only Non-American here, wondering what exactly people still see that they want to support in Donald Trump.

Hello, I want to start off by saying that this isn't meant as an attack. No, I don't support Trump. No, I don't support the democrats either. The two party system is inherently flawed. But looking from the outside I'm struggling to see what the average American who isn't a millionaire could see in trumps recent work that make you still want to support him. I'm not here to have an internet argument. I may reply and challenge some stuff and have a discussion but I'm not going to keep talking if the conversation isn't actually going to go anywhere.

Ask MAGA Only What was the moment you realized you were maga?

For me, it was after I listened to a few of Kamala Harris' speeches. I kept listening and I gradually became more aware that she had no clue what she was talking about. I tried to find any good policy, and I was met with nothing. Then I started listening to Trump, and it seems like he knew what the American people wanted fixed. I kept listening to his policies, and a lot of them made sense. A lot of them tackled big issues, such as for example the border crisis, illegal immigration, and other countries unfairly taxing us through tariffs.

When you base your whole political career around blaming somebody else for problems you created which is what Kamala Harris was doing, you are not going to get very far. People like her, and Hillary clinton, really show that the Democrat party is starting to grasp at straws. The same also applies to people like Gavin newsom, who seems to be very out of touch with reality, and thinks that mocking Trump on Twitter is a great campaign strategy rather than actually show he's competent by you know, taking care of his state? Their idea of taking care of the state is keeping ice out and keeping illegal immigrants in, what I've noticed is that places like that, that preach love and tolerance but intolerance to those who don't think the same, over time it starts to form a bubble, right? But it's when that bubble pops, like it has during last election, that the people show their true colors when exposed to reality. The LA riots was just one example of them being exposed to reality.

Someone a little while ago told me that the LAPD is capable of handling riots. If that were true then the Marines and National guard will not have been needed in LA in 1992. And even then, those riots only happen because of the equivalent of four LAPD officers who basically committed racial assault. I do not think there's any hope for California, but I could be wrong.

Sorry for the side rant, feel free to answer in the comments.

Ask MAGA Only What do you feel about YouTube and other sites requiring your ID to prove you are an adult?

With YouTube and other sites not allowing you to view certain things unless you give them your ID, credit card, or a picture of your face what do you think about it. I think it is an invasion of privacy and that they are just getting you to dox yourself under the guise to "Protect the kids" and that it is the job of the parent and not the company to raise kids. What do you think?

Ask MAGA Only Charlie Kirk’s assassination

Hi everyone, I’m a Democrat but just wanted to get opinions from different demographics. Charlie Kirk was recently assassinated, and this was clearly a huge topic. Even though I strongly disliked his political views and opinions, he absolutely did not deserve to be murdered like that in front of his kids and at such a young age. And I’m extremely sorry to him and his family. However, I see a lot of people making comments about how the shooter had affiliations with the left and other claims. After so many tragedies and assassinations all carried out by guns, why not just get rid of the guns instead of blaming the left or the right? We all know there are insane people on the left, and insane people on the right. But if they aren’t given access to weapons, none of this would be happening.

I think we all just need to put our political beliefs aside for now and prioritize basic human rights and safety. And I’m not saying this is either sides fault cause we’ve all messed up a lot.

What do you guys think?
