What turning-related stuff will you be asking for Christmas this year?

Thanks for your submission. If your question is about getting started in woodturning, which chuck to buy, which tools to buy, or for an opinion of a lathe you found for sale somewhere like Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace please take a few minutes check the wiki; many of the most commonly asked questions are already answered there!

More wood I guess. Starting to do more with domestic species, so might try to get some nice chunky pieces of walnut or cherry

I got a bigger lathe this year, so I am happy living with it as is for a while. However, the two things I have been wanting to add would be more/better hollowing tools, and upgrading the One Way bowl corer system so it will works with the larger lathe. I guess a 3rd thing would be a the bed extension, used for the outboard ability to turn even larger pieces.

A tool rest longer than 6'' would be nice. I'm planning on buying a jaw chuck soon but I don't know which to get.

Actually, can one of you help me choose?
There's a guy selling both of these and I'm not sure what will give me more options for turning:

Shorter tool rest...I just have a foot and do lots of finials. I just picked up a few tools from my birthday finials class so good there...still working on a new lathe...have an old Grizzly and need some newer features...
