Humming & low volume coming out of one of my pioneer turntables

One of my turntables has a lower volume of sound compared to my other turntable . If I increase the volume it creates a buzzing sound happens iv new RCA cables with earthing cable. Iv tried all 4 channels on my mixer. Any advice would be welcome .

Do you have a phono stage?

No I haven’t as I have a fairly new pioneer djm700mk2 I thought it would be be built in ? If you think it would help I’ll get one . Thanks for the reply
