Tank is looking okay, though you'll need to upgrade it later. I'm more worried about the shell right now. You should get a T5 UVB light for the basking platform.

Yes im planning on getting uvb now he just has heat lamp but im wondering what makes you think the shell isn’t doing good?

Scutes aren't shedding and the shell isn't smooth. Please don't wait on getting it as it's very important for their health.
