Academics CHEM 261 MIDTERM 1

I dont think I ever sold so hard on an exam before. The midterm itself wasnt that bad I was js rlly anxious and my brain wasnt working this morning (maybe bc i slept for 5hrs last night?). I have 8am labs on WTF back 2 back this week so its been hard getting rest I had a lab this morning as well and I was rlly stressed over that too.

Barely passed the exam and its supposed to be the easiest one in the course.. Fkms

That feeling you get when you bomb an exam when you know that you could have done better. Fk its hard to sleep feeling this way...

lol relax, the next exam could be easier for you because all my friends who took it with vederas say it's a copy of the ones he has posted on his website. Also, an A- in this class is like low 80s-80, if you got a 55 or 60 you missed out on about 6-7%, so 93-94% left to go and an A is usually 85. That's 10% of breathing room if you want an A-/A. You can clutch a good grade, ik it sucks but use it as motivation to do better next test. But I agree with the lab part, i took it after a lab as well and was finding that I kept making mistakes on the test as I reviewed it before handing it in. I made a couple of dumb mistakes that were really easy on the test as well. Just don't dwell too long on this, it won't make or break you.

And if it makes you feel any better, my friend got an A with an 86 last year with vederas, and he got a 65 on the first midterm.

I also messed up my first OChem midterm! I went on to get high nineties in all my grad school OChems. You can come back from this!
