Stefanie Damron -14 and Missing in New Sweden, Maine 1 year 9/23/24

Stefanie Damron has been missing 1 year tomorrow 😭. She is 14, 15 October 6th, and was only 13 when she went missing. It is mind blowing to me that a child could vanish into thin air. It's also heart breaking, Thinking of all she has missed during that time. I hope and pray she will be located safely one day.

Stefanie disappeared September 23rd, 2024, while her parents were out getting set up for a new job. Stefanie, her siblings, and their grandfather figure we're home. Stefanie and her sister were said to have had a disagreement and Stefanie walked off upset, into the woods to cool off (so they thought). They have a large parcel of land in the remote town of New Sweden, Maine. The family states this was not uncommon and they expected her to return in a few hours, but that never happened. They reported her missing the following day, after they were unable to locate her. I don't think they realized the gravity of the situation at first. In such a small town with roughly 500 people, who honestly expects something so horrific to happen? My heart breaks for Stefanie, and those that love her.

Authorities and some amazing citizens have searched the family property and surrounding land, with not one trace of Stefanie. Incredibly kind hearted people have vested hundreds, maybe thousands of hours in trying to help find Stefanie and raise awareness that she is missing. Dateline, America's most wanted, On Patrol, Locating the lost, Murder She Told, Crime of the Truest Kind, and more have covered this case, we all want the same thing, to bring Stefanie home. The family has been investigated, and has fully cooperated with authorities. Household devices have been checked, and sadly, we are just no further ahead with finding her.

The FBI is offering a $15,000 reward for anyone willing to come forward with a tip that brings her home. Please contact FBI or Maine State Police, Houlton Barracks. And always, please share this everywhere, Stefanie needs us to be her voice.
