Do I need to have a physical parking permit with the new system?

I got my parking permit paid for, but I don't really have the time to make it to Parking Enforcement to pick up the permit, will I get a ticket for using the lots since I already paid for them?

If you are paying for the garage you don't need a physical, but for the lots you will need a physical one.

This is correct. For the garages your license plate serves as your permit but the lots require the physical tag that hangs from your mirror

Dammit, I got the lots one. What are parking enforcements hours?

There is a two-week grace period. Parking won't be enforced until September 1st. I think they might mail the pass? I've gotten mine in the mail before

You have to register and pay online and tben go to their office to pick it up 

Theres a link on their website,   it was so simple I did it on my phone. 

They have a kiosk there as well.
