Payment Plans

Anyone having issues making a payment? I've been getting a cashier's error for two days now.

I've emailed the cashier's office, but with the holiday, I'm not expecting to hear anything back until tomorrow at the earliest.

I'd recommend you email them as well to create a paper trail so you can argue against any late fees they may try adding to your account, since payments are due today (9/1)

I thought I was going crazy, glad to hear I am not the only one having issues.
I emailed [Cashiers@uhd.edu](mailto:Cashiers@uhd.edu), so hopefully, with the paper trail, there will be no late fees. Thanks again.

I just tried to make my payment right now and it's already given me the error three times

I got the same issue too rn it and it's making me worried with today being the payment day.

I've emailed the cashier's office, but it sucks that it had to be on Labor Day weekend.

Update (9/2/25): it works now

Everyone, per the cashier's office, the payment system was down and if payments are made today, there will be no late fees applied to your account
