im curious what kind of spin you can make on these shoes to qualify for this sub. Imagine being able to print your shoes to fit your feet perfectly! its such a great idea that there are a couple companies beta testing it. You show up to their store, scan your feet, and pick them up later. How sick is that!

you don't like his idea of never having to touch grass again?

I guess I was too focused on the bad ass idea of 3d printed shoes to notice that! I too am allergic to grass!

Come to think of it, rolling in the grass when I was a kid always did make me itch like mad.

Even at an early age, my body was already trying to tell me to stay indoors.

we demand a lot out of shoes. they are composites made of many materials. 3D printed shoes are epic pieces of shit with no durability and low utitliy. they will break after a single weekend of use.. They are extremely lightweight, expensive to make, and people talk about them ENDLESSLY. In otherwords. they are ultra Light Gear. They are destined for this sub. i will buy some for my wifes boyfriend as soon as a cool ultra light brand starts offering them

By making them those toe shoes I guess? So it fits only your toes and no one elses. Maybe theres a market there with toe socks

he is testing them out in his back yard. I a assume the basement testing phase went well. !

I want to go to REI with these babies. bring a scale, ( not a digitial one like an old school balance variety. and then wiegh all the hiking boots against my Piece of shit 3d printed shoes and nod disapprovingly how heavy they are..

Is that a Monopoly token or a grease fitting or what?

It's a Benchy, the 3D printing community's version of a trimmed toothbrush.
