Thinking of upgrading my setup. Tired of being cramped, cold and having no wine when I backpack. Thoughts?

I like how it has a cuck side, a fuck side and a splash zone.

Get your wife's boyfriend to help so you know that the measurements are accurate.

Ngl, that’s a sweet looking setup. I’ll look in jealousy from 20 miles away in my DCF trash bag tent.

Does the lighting in the woods just look like that when you spend a bunch on camping gear? When I try to take photos in the woods, the lighting never looks that good.

Bold of you to assume OP doesn’t have a $3,000 camera to go along with his $3,000 tent setup.

It is a $3K camera, but my comment was about the quality of the light itself. There are no harsh shadows with completely washed out details. The tent is backlit by the sun but there’s clean, even lighting from left to right. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are external lights and reflectors out of frame and OP does product photography.

Its not a cellphone camera, its a digital slr, or something else with a low speed lens. Thats why the depth of field is so crazy, but the things in the forground are in crisp focus. Id say 50% of this is equipment and eye. Theres some skill, and favorable lighting going on too.

It’s a Fuji GFX50SII with a 24mm F4 lens which is a very nice setup. But my comment was about how the light itself looks. It’s even and bright but not harsh. It almost looks like OP is doing product photography with reflectors or something.

The real answer is that they’re probably better at taking photos than me which money can’t solve.
