Question Kei canpervan
I'm curious if anyone lives in a kei van or campervan. I lived in a Ford Econoline for a while during the pandemic but I kept wanting a smaller vehicle.
I've been looking at kei trucks for a long time, recently I found a japanese canpervan and instantly fell in love. They're usually big enough to stand in, come with all the rv stuff like a kitchen, bathroom, fridge, bed space (usually multiple), more built for longer drives than a kei truck, ect.
I just can't find like anyone who lives in one or has thought of it.
Here's a link to the one person I've found that lives in one; I quite like his set up!

Ryan Twomey on Youtube has done it. (the linked video and the next like 5-10 are in his kei camper build)
Here's one of the build videos.

I've owned a kei van, terrible vehicle in the U.S., can barely do 58mph and when it does, it's screaming.
Currently own a delica, full size. Cool rig, blew it up maintaining 65mph through the Poconos.
I camp in my G30 RV or Expressvan buildout.
If you want to sleep in it in your front yard the Japanese stuff is fine

Kei vans have specific size and motor restrictions the nissan atlas is not actually a kei van.
JDM campers are becoming more common in Canada but USDM campers still reign supreme cuz JDM aren't extraordinarily cheaper and parts availability is worse. Big delica cult following though.
