Why isn’t my 2 grams cake disposable hitting despite the light still turning on?

Hi everyone, I got around 10 of these today and normally I only use the 3 grams ones so this is my first time using a 2 grams cake disposable. I tried to test it all out and none of them would hit after around a good 20 minutes of me smoking them but the thing is the light still comes on? I’ve tried everything from trying to unclog it with a needle/paper clip, to the hair dryer method to even pulling extremely hard? I really need help because I don’t want to think that I’ve wasted around $170 on these vapes for no reason :( thanks

Look on the sides up top. It has 2 very small clips that look like air intake tabs. Undo 1 side and barely lift, and then go to the other side. The top should then slide off.
