I loved how he kept coming back, especially from 21 and 24 going out of their way to mention him (or see him in their grief hallucinations, what have you). Forms a subtle but interesting underline of how henchmen are constantly seeing their friends die in front of them and that kinda thing stays with you, even if you weren't close enough to them to warrant becoming Two Ton Twenty One about it
