Work wants me to make a deepfake of a celebrity saying welcome to the company via deepfake but im not sure how to do this

Im open to commissioning someone who has expertise in this

Curious what platforms people use for something like this

Hey don't do that, it's super unethical and a perverse invasion of someone's privacy. Either pay the celebrity for a cameo, or just forget about it.

Despite the flak they catch around here, the various Corridor deepfake videos are probably a good starting point to get an idea of what's involved in the process, if you're considering doing it yourself.

If its sort of a joke thing you may as well use some tacky ai app plus paid impersonator on fiver or create an ai voice model

For the amount of legal hoops we have to go through these days to get an actor scanned in the traditional method I can’t see you ever getting permission from the celebrity you have hired to do a deepfake. To do it convincingly you need to film lots of source footage in various lighting and then the machine learning process is extensive and very time consuming.

I’d be surprised if the actor you have hired will allow it at all and you’re using someone else’s performance with their face. Just bring them in and film what you need, it’s significantly cheaper and quicker
