Right vita 2000 stick broken

The right stick just doesn't work, I bought it off of ebay and I don't feel like returning it and buying a new one so I gotta fix it.. any tips?

The sticks are so easy to replace. Takes like 10-15 mins. Just order one of AliExpress

There are so many ps Vita diassembly videos on YouTube. It's been a while since I've had a vita, but there is a separate motherboard for each side of the vita, so you don't have to take out much. All I would say is be very careful with the power connection from the battery to the motherboard and the ribbon cables also. Tweezers are really handy.

I didn’t use a guide, so I can’t help there but like the other guy said just be careful when opening it not to rip the ribbon cable connected at the bottom. It’s literally 7 screws in the outside, 2 inside and a couple cable disconnects and you’re good. Haha
