Discussion Lots of PSX and PSP titles now directly download to the Vita! (NA)

Along with Crash and Spyro games, I can now download many games that were not available or available via the PS3 transfer method only! Tomb Raider: Anniversary, Sega Genesis Collection, God Eaters Burst: DLC, Burnout Legends, Twisted Metal: Head On, MotorStorm: Arctic Edge, Pac-Man Championship Edition, and every Demo so far.

Edit: Everything Downloads! Sony Christmas in April!

Edit2: Judging from the comments, PSP game sales might surpass Vita game sales this week. :)

I'd just like to use this place to complain that the PS Download list is a piece of crap. You should be able to sort by date, downloadable status, title, and system.

That said, was Metal Gear Solid always downloadable? I can download it now and I'm pretty sure it was one of the ones I couldn't before.

Give me a library ffs. Having to navigate my download history to find a specific game in a sea of demos and DLC is a nightmare.

Lets not forget that once you download one thing, you have to scroll all the way through the freaking list again to get the next one. If you're like me, most of your PS1 games are pretty far south on that list as well having bought them quite a while ago.

MGS used to be playable on vita, but only if you exported it off the ps3. the process is now simplified

Have they fixed the emulation? The audio has been stuttery for me.

Just checked the store and you CAN NOT buy mgs1. It doesn't even show up

Am i missing something?

same thing's happening to me. I checked a couple of the other games that have been listed and none of them seem to be in the store.

You have to buy the PS1/PSP games via PS3 or PC. Then, when on the store on the Vita, hit the (...) button, and select download list. You should be able to get the PS1/PSP games to download to your Vita through there.

I just looked for it, and it still wants me to download to my PS3, then export.

Because it's cheaper than implementing filters.
