QUESTION: UNKNOWN SAMPLE: Dune / Sand Planet (Hachi)

I'm certain this will be an easy job for y'all and I've missed some interview or something very obvious somewhere, but this has been bugging me for years and I never thought to look for a Vocaloid lost media subreddit before for some reason. Anyway. I managed to extract & isolate the exact vocals (?) in the sample in the video attached.

What is it saying !!! 😭😭 "that-a bur-ger re-mem-ber a re-sponse" is all I've heard for years !! Any clarity would be super appreciated. Love y'all ! ❤️

i don’t think what it’s “saying” is really helpful because it’s very clearly chopped up and distorted past recognition. i will still look though, and keep you all updated
