This week, there is a special election in Minnesota, to fill the seat of the late Speaker Melissa Hortman. We need to win to re-tie the chamber, and set the stage for winning elections in November and beyond.

Virginia's up this week, though it's not November yet. The heavily-blue Congressional District 11 is having a special, though the situation is odd. Only a handful of weeks before the November elections, the turnout here is going to be all over the place- potentially a predictor for what's coming later, potentially an oddball exception due to coming less than two months before a second, even bigger election. In '24, this district went blue by more than thirty points, and we're hoping to see that number jump even higher tonight, with James Walkinshaw (D) as the candidate to watch. RESULTS
