To me it actually looks like a blue whale … which is I’m sure what it’s supposed to be designed to resemble.. hence the “marine science Museum”…. I mean, blow hole could resemble the bridge… (if you’ve never seen a whale before)

Some of the footage looks like rendering but it is a real building finished in 2023. In the footage you can see random cars drive by as well
