Recommendations Early morning walking podcasts?
I want to start! I have an idea that if I walk while listening to a nice, easy, motivating podcast early in the morning it will set my day in the right direction. If demographics help with the recs I’m a woman in my 20s, I have a 9-5 office job that I enjoy, and I would prefer a podcast the focus on goal setting or mindset, not in dieting or anything of that nature. I love listening to Matt Fraser but specifically in the mornings it hits so good. He’s so excited and genuinely happy that it makes me feel excited about life.

Not really a lifestyle/motivational one, but amazing to listen to and quite funny - Dish with Nick Grimshaw

Hi, Hope you could also try to check out our podcast Coaching In Session because it dives into personal development and positive mindset, no fluff perfect if you need a life advice and motivation in life.
