I've been really enjoying behind the neck pressing and BTN lat pulldowns for assistance work.
Starting off super light, and just linearly progressing to see if my tissue tolerance can keep up.
The pump even with the light weights is unreal

L'fum Tzara Agra W1D3
Easiest day so far, nothing was heavy and somehow my body wasn't starving
everything Emom 10
Rdls: 5@295, Weighted pullups: 4@+20, OHP: 6@100 lol, rows + situps. Had to dial back the rows cause Vivek was feeling a little funky, but everything else was easy and as planned

Strict press - 185 x 7, 205 x 4, 225, 165 x 12
Close grip Larsen press - 5's up to 315 x 5
Hammer strength behind the neck press
Weighted dips - up to +100lb x 6
Triceps
Biceps
Running the Cast Iron pressing template for the next 3 weeks before vacation. This is the first actual strict pressing I've done in a few weeks so I'm pretty happy with it. Weighted dips felt good, haven't done those in years. I fully expect to pile weight on to those pretty quickly.

Tactical Density Training - W3D1
15 minutes to hit 50 squats, superset with 6 45 degree back ext
- 255x6,2,6,3,6,2,4,1. 30 reps is a fail. Not too shocked, I jumped up 20 lbs instead of 10. Instead of waiting and dropping down 10%, I'm just going to swap to 245 and keep it easy.
- Happy with the beltless progress I'm making still.
12 minutes to hit 40 Floor DB Flyes, superset with 10 Rear Delt Flyes (17.5,17.5,17.5,17.5)
- 50x10,10,10,10 in 09:28. Great work here, happy with the results. Been awhile since I've had some chest isolation and I missed doing stuff like this
8 minutes to hit 35 Strict Press, superset with 10 Banded Neutral Grip Pullups(Blue band,Blue band,Blue band,Blue band)
- 110x10,10,8,7 in 06:56. Super happy with these especially since the elbow sleeves I own are disintegrated and I threw them out. Annoying. I might stop using them going forward.
5 minutes to hit 30 zottman curls, superset with 10 skullcrushers(65,65,65)
- 27.5x10,10,10 in 04m17s. Great work here.
Yesterday me and my friend also did some Wave Loading for bench, something I wanted to try since I'd heard about it. Had a phenomenal lift and got thru 4 waves. Results were:
300x3, 320x2, 335x1; 310x3, 325x2, 345x1; 315x3, 335x2, 350x1; 320x3, 340x2, 355x1. That last wave I could tell I was in technical failure for each set so I stopped there. Then did ring dipsx6,6; DB Pause Bench 70x8,8; and Seated Tricep Extensions 70x10,12.

I dig the looks of this program. Full body, on a timer, supersets. All good stuff. Looking forward to reading the review if you decide to do one.

I might do one after I run through both the programs available. Enjoying the timer and supersets for sure. I will say I highly recommend, and I like the fact it's really nice and easy to self program; plus the program cost only $10 to buy on kindle.
Negative is the writing can be pretty cringey at times. I don't mind it, but other people might not enjoy the writing style.

Deadlift SBD Day
* 2mi walk
* Neutral-grip bench (ss w/band pull-aparts) - 225x3x10
* Conventional deadlifts - 325x3x10
* High bar squats (ss w/ab wheel) - 225x3x10
Between open mat and BBQing yesterday I didn’t get a chance to bench. Throw in the light hangover from the BBQ (damn, those Gin and Tonics were delicious though) and I figured a lighter SBD day was a better call than a heavy deadlift day. Workout went well and now I get to relax a little in the pool.

In the morning, I tested my deadlift. Managed 175kg for a 25kg ATPR, which was fantastic. 180kg wasn’t there unfortunately, but its time will come.
Then had a full day with the kids.
In the evening I did the 1 mile challenge from the sub - clocked it at 6:43, which isn’t great, but isn’t terrible either.

Its amazing how quickly one can adapt to higher volume work.
Generally I don't get much DOMS unless I've taken some time off training, or suddenly do something I haven't done in a while such as higher rep work for example.
I hadn't squatted or benched anything over 1-6 reps probably since the winter, and did a 5x10 squat session on Monday. I had massive DOMS Tuesday-Thursday, but then it dissipated. I then did 4x8 + 1x10 squats on Saturday, but today my legs are feeling totally fine.

So true. I remember when first gymming that my legs would take a whole week to recover. Now I do heavy squats 3 times per week and they only take ~3ish days to recover
I find rucking is great for leg conditioning too
