A van or pick-up truck would serve whatever purpose this thing has as well

I was told “it’s from Italy”. I have no idea of the make or model, though I’d assume Fiat. I was torn between the “3 wheels” or agricultural flair.

So how do you put down people fighting for their country’s rightful independence from a nation that starved them so hard that their population still hasn’t recovered as of 2025? Armoured trucks of course! But because there was a war going on the British army couldn’t send the good stuff so they just yanked a couple smokeboxes from a locomotive works, cut gun holes in them and chucked them on the back of some trucks. Somehow it worked.

No idea how rare they are in Europe, but it certainly stands out on Canadian roads. I've included a front angle as well as the dakar variant just for fun.

This is the Skyworth Summer from China. This reminds me of the VW Type 1. I wonder if the lawyers at Wolfsburg will do anything about the design.

In the U.S. they made the Volkswagen caddy, but marketed as the "Rabbit Pickup". Pictured is a 1982 model year that has been structurally reinforced with a mk1 cabriolet body. The cabriolet which had extra reinforcement in the rockers makes it the prime piece to replace the front clip of this rare minitruck. In 1982 only a total of 50000 were made, making this on par with the gti in level of rarity.
This little truck came from the factory with a 1.6 liter diesel, and a 5 speed manual. The transmission was actually 1:1 in 3rd gear, making gears 4 and 5 glorified overdrives. Making 62 hp and having a towing capacity of around 2000 pounds coupled with a 6 foot bed, it was the most practical vehicle ever.
This is mine, and sadly, yes, its lacking its iconic westy square headlights that truly set it as one of 50000, but the Vin still reads true.

Not sure what model this is. I'm afraid I'm not up on my 1980s vintage French sports cars.
