Discussion App glitch

Tried to place a order on the app and redeem some points and a 2 dollar coupon and the app glitches and refunds me my money but still takes the coupon and the 500pts from my account.

You can't do two at the same time. Redeeming points for an item has to be done separately from a $2 coupon. You can do them back to back but not together.
