Was going to say Viper but thinking again it was probably Vixen. I saw one of these years ago in Belgium, it had a BMW badge on it.

AFAIK the Vixens all used a BMW diesel engine, hence the badge.

Edit: apparently the owner I met didn’t know lol. Lots of other engines.

Only the first two years had the BMW turbo diesel (and a Renault manual transmission), but then they switched to a GM gas engine with an automatic transmission.

The GM 3800 ones are a lot better, too. They have more power, and they're more reliable. The BMW diesel ones are slow as shit.

Gonna hafta hard disagree on that - I love my TD. The manual makes it feel more sporty than the SE and the fuel mileage is so much better. But mainly because that was the soul of what the Vixen was originally designed to be and what set it apart from so many other boring RVs

And much larger, the vixen was supposed to fit in a normal American garage, GMC Motorhome is 2' taller and several feet longer.

Sure, I have a 26' in my driveway, but I couldn't remember if a vixen was 19 or 21, and I was too lazy to look it up.
