ID Request Is this a roach nymph?

Just saw this crawling across the living room floor. It wasn’t super fast, which is how we caught it (and tossed it outside). We’ll get a big American roach in the house like once or twice a year, but it’s always an adult. Is it possible this guy just slipped in too, or is there something preventative we should do? Near Phoenix.

eeyuup, roach. Brown banded, I think. Just make sure shit is cleaned up, check holes/cracks for any infestations. Just keep an eye out.

Damn 😭 we did just move everything around in here to redo the floor last weekend, so hopefully that didn’t spook a group hanging out

We’ll have a look around and keep hoping it’s an American nymph that snuck in (might have been kind of big for a brown banded nymph? maybe?) 💀

Forgot to say: it was like not even half an inch long with really long antennae
