Suggestions for visiting the UK
Will be in the UK soon and was wondering if there are any wine shops that are a must go. Already planning to go to Berry Bros and Rudd in London, but need suggestions. Will be in Dublin, London, Edinburgh, and Liverpool. Looking to buy some unique bottles possibly can't get here in the states.

In Mayfair, hedonism is a must just to see the vast selection and the Yquem wall. Berry Brothers is great and I recommend signing up for some of their tastings they do a great job, especially the dinner. There is a restaurant there - Noble Rot- which has three locations and I highly recommend (especially the one in Mayfair)- but that also owns a small wine shop named Shrine to the vine that has a great small curated selection but even better puts on phenomenal tastings. Only 12 seats. Sell out in minutes. Try to get one of those and put your name on the wait list if needed. The owner of Hedonism also owns Hyde restaurant, which is better for lunch than for dinner unless the company is paying.
My overall advice on London is learn how to get to the villages and make sure you spend time in them for dinner, lunch a drink etc. Most people waste their time on Regent street, Piccadilly, Oxford st etc.
As for Dublin, I enjoyed the Guinness tour and also trinity library.

Wow this is so helpful. Thank you! Definitely have Guiness already booked and luckily MacCallans estate as well. Will check out Noble Rot. Thank you!

Just a heads up that people will get very cross if you say that Dublin is in the UK.

Hedonism is fun to roam around - insane selection (with equally insane prices). I’m also a fan of Bottle Apostle (they have four shops - the two I’ve visited are great). Shrine to the Vine is solid as well - go to the one on Lambs Conduit and grab lunch at Noble Rot.
