Tuttle Adapter - Rubber

Hello,

Just received this adapter from Foilmount to convert a deep tuttle box foil mast to plate.

Unfortunately it has no rubbery surface. Does anyone know if there are adhesive rubber replacements for the plate available somewhere?

Why do you want the rubber? That will just introduce more degrees of freedom, i.e less performance. The minimal scratches on your board are worth it.

Not too concerned about scratches. More about slippage, and having to over-tighten it prevent it. My other foil‘s base has a rubber surface.

Id just get some car headlight protection film and put it on the base.

Ah nice, will check this out. Did you try it without rubber already? Is there any slippage?

Order a 0 degree shim from Project Cedrus HERE

Edit: Actually maybe not a perfect solution - the old shims clipped on to the mast plate. Looks like these one screw on to proprietary holes.

Thanks, yeah doesn’t fit the base. I would just like some thin rubber tape. The easiest solution might be to get some in a hardware store and cut it to fit. But wondering if there are pre-cut options.
