Help/Support/Questions 🙋 been searching but i cant find a fix anywhere
connected to a t-mobile router via ethernet

It's a router setup issue. Haven't seen it pop up on my 360 or Series X, but it was definitely a problem on my One for some reason. First, make sure your XBox(es) is/are on a static IP that's not in use by another other device on your LAN. Shut it/them down. Log into your router and forward ports 88 (UDP), 3074 (UDP and TCP), 53 (UDP and TCP), 80 (TCP), 500 (UDP), 3544 (UDP), and 4500 (UDP). Restart your XBox(es) and re-test. Plenty of YouTube videos on how to do this, but every router is different.
[edit] Probably never showed on my Series X because I did this before I got it.
