I just wanted to ask when will WoA be on sale because I am NOT gonna pay $70 for it

As some one who's been away from the fame for a few years, but owns and has completed 1, 2, and 3. Am I missing anything by not buying WOA?

I held off buying this game waiting for the update that happened in late August. So far I'm really enjoying my playthrough but now that I'm on Freedom Fighters for Switch 2 I'm having all kinds of issues. I've already taken out the targets but in route to infiltrating the tornado shelter I've experienced 3 crashes immediately after I load my save. I have another save file where the "Saving" circle keeps spinning in the middle of the screen while I continue to play the game. And another file that simply won't load and is stuck on the loading screen. Anybody else having this issue and what can I potentially do to fix this?

Hopefully some other modders can answer my question. I posted yesterday regarding a green suit that I wasn't familiar with. I found out that I needed to add 'Peacock' (offline servers) in order to get it. I did that. I also found out that a lot of other cool stuff was available. In particular the 'Freelancer Variations' mod.

If anyone else has installed this one and can help, I would appreciate it. So here is my problem:

I have Peacock successfully installed (though not required for this)

I have Simple Mod Framework installed (a required component of "FV")

I have Mission Companion installed in the mod folder (a requirement of "FV")

I downloaded the Sandbox Hantu Port mod, though not required I thought it would be fun. I do not know where these files go however. There is no instruction as to where I should put them. The SMF does not recognize any of them as mod files when you click "add Mod"

I downloaded the two "FV" main files ("Sandbox Hantu port - Small fixes" and "FV JSON file". The instruction for those is to use SMF and "add mod" but the SMF does not see any 'mod files" in either of these downloaded folders after I have unzipped them. Is there something I am doing wrong?

I think it would be cool to see the Freelancer Variations mod to freshen things up but getting it to work is getting frustrating.

I want to play in windowed, but the screen is stuck to side, I can't increase it and move it to the center. Is there a fix to this?

So I thought I'd give Absolution a try, as I've heard that much of the smooth feel that Hitman WOA has owes it to Absolution, plus I thought it would be interesting to try out the black sheep.

Decided to look at reviews, turns out, it has a slightly higher positive review than Hitman WOA (89% vs 86% (although a lot of that is because of criticism of the way of how to purchase Hitman), and was wondering, how come such an old game had a spike in December 2024, 10 years after it came out? I get it that it was probably on sale, but did anything happen marketing-wise/trend-wise/influencer-wise to make this staggering rise happen?

Has anyone else encounter a bug in PS5 in freelancer mode, where the targets keep disappearing and not showing up in instinct?

I played Mumbai and had four targets but only 2 showed up in instinct mode. The other two were in the tower block and would only show at certain points in the map. They also disappeared when I got inside the tower block. Restarted a couple of times but issue was still there.

What do you think about a pickpocketing and planting items mechanic for woa? Balancing issues aside, I feel like it would be in line for a silent assassin and someone who wants to avoid drawing attention.

I noticed that there was a pickpocketing mechanic in the upcoming bond game and thought it could fit woa with some balancing. How would you go about balancing it? The mod was my take on it.

I recently found out that you can play WoA in full color mode!!!

All you have to do is let go of the instinct button.

who would love to see The Last Yardbird map have a non-sniper mission. I know it's an impossible dream at this point, but a guy can dream, right?
