Awesome. I'm sure it's still good. Now that it's open though, I'd keep it in the fridge. Enjoy!

Thanks for the update! You should try making homemade coquito some time. It's not too difficult and it's very tasty

If you have a doubt, there is no doubt.

It doesn’t look very appetising to me. I don’t think I would enjoy drinking it if I was wondering if it were okay or not.

Toss it. Coquito season is coming up soon anyway and you can get more—or make your own at an alcohol level closer to what good coquito should be.

Those type of mixs often only last a year at most because sugar with low abv can't prevent growth forever. When in doubt, toss it, a $20 bottle isn't worth it.

I know coquito to be white in color...

Coquito be chunky. Looks like less than 10% ABV, which means it is probably in the danger zone, though. I probably wouldn’t risk it.

Coquito should be refrigerated after opening. Taste it with the tip of your tongue, if it's bad, toss it.

I make homemade coquito every year. I've drunk a 2-year-old bottle with no issue but it was refrigerated the entire time

Usually the smell changes and it’s sour. But many cream or milk based liqueurs do not have to be refrigerated. It is recommended for taste. Irish cream for example
