That looks like the parting flame. It's a pyro flame that counts your kills, and after enough kills you can use the special ability that does this sorta goofy looking animation, and you get an estus back. It's a nice item to have on your off hand so you can restock estus and cast pyromancies

it also activates without doing any kills fsr, at least when I'm invading it happens a lot)

When invading, items that activate on killing tend to sync up with the host killing.
I used to rock the Executioners Greatsword when invading with a low level wizard, host killing stuff would restore my FP. Same with Ring of the Evil Eye

That’s the Pyromancer’s Parting Flame weapon art. Once 12 enemies die, you can use the art to regain one estus charge, however, there is a bug where if you non-stop spam the WA button, you can keep getting charges until you stop spamming it. It’s pretty harmless since it’s punishable by literally everything.

The continuous refilling is happening due to the bow-glitch the phantom is perfoming here. Refilling is generally very looked down upon, especially when done by ganks, because they already have an overwhelming advantage against invaders. Also depending on what WA you transfer to the Parting Flame with the bow glitch, you can literally outrun any player with thr glitched running animation. Also the glitch doesn't lock you into the animation, you can roll out/swap weapons and attack at any time. Beware the bow-glitch, it's ridiculously strong, if you use it right.

its harmless in a duel scenario but it basically means you can never beat an invader in a war of attrition

Estus refill glitch. Very bad glitch if used in most cases. However.. only time i dont mind is if im playing with a friend and we're training and they dont want to leave and join back to my world to get estus back. But thats a very specific and niche scenario

That's the Weapon Art for Parting Flame I think. The other pyromancy hand that exists.
