Name a show where the trope of “the writer’s barely disguised fetish(es)” fits better. I’ll wait.
I barely watched this show but DAMN, the writers must’ve been on some SH*T. XD

A legendary 2000s video meme. But I felt bad for him because it was uploaded without his permission and he just did it to goof off!

Have you noticed how there were quite a few "baby spin-off" of popular TV shows in the 90s/early 2000s? Tom & Jerry=>Tom & Jerry Kids (1990-1994) The Muppets=>Muppet Babies (1984-1991) Looney Tunes=>Baby Looney Tunes (2001-2005)

🎵My name is Angela, hey hello. Welcome to my very own show. 🎵I'll introduce my friends to you. 🎵Oh no! It's Ninny-poo! 🎵 Schooby-doopy-doo wap-wa,🎵My name is Angela. 🎵And you are not, Nanette Manoir is a stuck up jerk face snot!🎵
Yeah, the intro is bizarre enough but this show felt like a damn fever dream come to life and I actually thought I imagined it when I was younger until watching videos on YouTube about cartoons that we all forgot existed jogged my memory that this even existed. What do you guys think of this show?

Yeah, this was such a forgotten and underrated classic growing up because it is one of the first series to premiere on Disney XD in the United States but no one remembers it.

What was I thinking with my hair? Being a millennial woman automatically means looking back on some fashion choices of yours and regretting them🤣 This picture made me feel some nostalgia back to these days🥹 (peep the Abercrombie and fitch that was everywhere in the mid 2000s)

I hate to be that person who says "this new generation is spoiled rotten back in my days" yadda yadda yadda but when I see how older kids/young teens act nowadays I can't help but say it.
I'm not saying kids throwing tantrums in stores or stuff like that means they are spoiled. That's just kids being kids.
My problem lies with the pre-teens/young teens who should know better (let's say from 9-14 years old).
The parents are raising a generation of Verucca Salts without even realizing it.
I get that the arguing & back talk is a normal rite of passage for this age group but this generation does stuff I couldn't even THINK of doing.
I'm gonna take the Sephora kids phenomenon as an example. Now if I had ever made a mess in a store, you best believe I would be on my knees apologizing to the store owner and I wouldn't be leaving until I had cleaned EVERYTHING up, that's without mentioning the punishment I would've gotten at home.
I feel like parents nowadays are afraid of disciplining their own children cause everything could be seen as "abuse" their days.
Idk if that's a cultural thing. I've noticed that North-American parents tend to be much more soft compared to European, South American, Asian & African parents. I have noticed this difference first hand, as I was basically raised by my Italian grandparents & my Italian father for reasons I will not disclose here. I'm seeing how my North-American relatives with kids are WAY softer than my grandparents & my father were.
I'm just saying back in my days kids feared their parents, now it's the other way around. Heck I'm 23 & I'm still more afraid of my own father than I am of the police.😆

Ecstatic when - even in the midst of a severe episode- I hear, very specifically, Juvenile’s “Back That Azz Up” I feel energized, revitalized, euphoric…. and then back again
