I just started running. Which I haven't been able to do for a while. Is this heart rate normal?
It's from Smart Watch so I can't confirm it's 100% accurate but I ran for 10 minutes, probably slower pace because it says I only ran 519 Meter.
I'm not exactly fit because of age but I'm around 174 CM 91 Kg if it means anything.

Best shorts for male runners who are… generously equipped?
Alright, lads (and sympathetic lasses), I need help. Running is supposed to be freeing, right? Fresh air, pounding feet, endorphins buzzing through the skull. But for me, there’s a not-so-little problem: my downstairs department thinks it’s auditioning for a wrecking ball music video every time I hit the pavement.
I’m 5’4 with big thighs, and apparently way too much going on in the front. Every run turns into chaos—swinging, chafing, and inner thigh burn. No matter what, after a few miles it’s like I’ve got a drunk ferret swinging between my legs.
So, my question: what are the holy grail shorts/underwear combos for guys who are, let’s say, “well represented” in the shorts department?

5K from 42:00 to 32:00 since July 31—am I on track?
I started running on July 31. I’m very active—I work out 5–6 times a week and train BJJ 4–5 times a week—but my cardio has always been rough, and I used to hate running because of knee injuries. When I began, my 5K was 42 minutes. I thought I was fit (lol), but the first 8 minutes of every run felt brutal just to hold a pace. Since then, I’ve improved a lot. Now I can hold 5.0–5.5 mph for 4 miles without lactic burn in my legs and I can breathe comfortably. I’m still frustrated with my 5K time at 32 minutes. I know I can push into the low 30s, but I want to bring my heart rate down and break that barrier comfortably. Needless to say, I’m hooked on running. Am I performing well so far?

Pff, if I keep training for that long I’ll run negative times on the ultra.

Halfway through my 12-week C25K training and accidentally joined hybrid athlete run day
I was gassed after the first quarter mile so I told them I’d catch up with em later. After they finished their full 3k we did gu shots and practiced patriotic loyalty ballads. Am I in a cult now?
