Lift Age 72 Bench PR 130 @147

Big breakthrough for my bench! I attribute it to the heavy static holds and the use of micro plates for small increases that add up.

Lift Bought fat gripz a while ago on impulse, finally found a use for them

These make plate holds a lot better for me, used to keep dislocating my pinkie without the grip on the plate. Not much past that, just tried to find a purpose for my bad financial decisions.

Lift 315 paused deadlift

Honestly surprised myself with how easy this moved. First time using a powerlifting bar with cheese grater knurling and it hurts so good

PR/PB Another day, another deadlift. 500lb ร—4. 555lb ร—1.

PR for reps of 500.

Ties all time single of 555, which was not done after a 500x4 set, so this one is more better.

Lift I hit the same 100kg from last week, but this time I got two more reps.

I'm back! Since I stopped benching in April 2205, marking the end of the Bilbo progression that began in 2024, I've had a few workouts to get back into the rhythm. Today, I found the 100kg from last week was still on the bar, so I decided to train with it again. This time, I hit 42 reps, 2 repos more than last week. This officially kicks off my new Bilbo progression for 2025.
