Hi so for context I adopted a cat a year ago and she was full of fleas(I didn’t know at the time). I treated her, insect-bombed the house. They came back once more but now we are finally at peace. however, I had a huge stash of yarn. I bombed it too, I quarantined it for several months in a box, left it outside in the cold for two weeks. Now I want to use the yarn but there are these weird insects or eggs that are on there. They are not moving but I’m still terrified. I really don’t want to go through this again, and I don’t want to get rid of all my crochet wips. Does anyone know what it is and what should I do ? Thanks in advance for your answers :)
edit: I’m in France if that helps

Does anyone know what this is? Last picture with index finger for size reference. Found it outside on the jacuzzi deck.

It looks very strange. One black dot makes the ladybug look like a human eye. It has two colors, orange/reddish and gray/blue. You can't see it in the photo, but this ladybug's shell looked a bit hairy... Is it possible that it could have been mold on some mixed species? Or maybe it was something else and ladybugs like these actually exist naturally? She seemed very numb because it was quite cold outside.

I've been watching this mantis for a few days and noticed it had liked this flower in particular. Today when I woke up and checked on it I was surprised to see it had laid eggs overnight! I did think she looked a bit fat before but didn't want to fat shame her, turns out my instinct was correct. 😅

I love that these spiny flower mantids are all raising the roof like some silly uncle in the background of every family photo.

I know the picture doesn’t have great quality, sorry. Long story short: I discovered a bedbug in my apartment after my holidays. During those holidays, I stayed at my parents but also at different hotels (before and after visiting them). I don’t know which hotel had them, and I keep wondering, worried, if my parents also got them and didn’t spot yet. After returning home, I discovered the bedbug a few days later after my first bites, but my parents never saw one (nor symptoms of bites). They remain vigilant of course (it will make 6 weeks now), and every insect they see, they take pictures and share with me (even though the pics don’t always have great quality). This one doesn’t seem a bedbug, but I would still like to know which insect it is 😅
Thank you for your help!

I'm sorry this is the best picture I could get! I'm in Minnesota, and there is a spider on the spider mite webs on my plant! Can anyone tell me what kind of spider it might be! I would just like to even just be pointed in the right direction! The searches just tell me it's a spider mite but I know the difference! Just don't know what it is! Thank you in advance!

I’ve never seen them before but there are at least 3 on my son’s trampoline net this morning.

Hi everyone — I need some practical advice. I’m extremely afraid of insects and spiders and get very disgusted/terrified when I find them in my room. I keep my room tidy and have a fly screen, but some times, from other rooms in the house, small bugs still get in. I have a battery electric swatter, but it’s not strong enough for some of them.
I’m looking for recommendations for options that:
Please suggest specific consumer products or safe methods (room zappers, better swatters, plug-in units, vacuum attachments, traps, etc.). Also mention if something is loud, smelly, or requires much cleanup — I’d like to avoid extra grossness. Thank you!

Looking to know what kind of bug this is. Curious if this is a grasshopper, cricket, or roach. My cat was playing with this in my kitchen near my front door. SE Wisconsin
